Scottish International Flute Summer School returns to Strathallan School, Perthshire, from 19–25 July 2026. Established in 1996, the course is open to flautists aged 16+ and welcomes advanced students, emerging professionals and experienced adult players looking for an inspiring week of focussed music-making.
Participants can choose from three course options (Intensive, Advanced and a midweek Short Course) and will enjoy individual lessons with the tutor team alongside a varied programme of classes and workshops. The week includes technique and repertoire sessions, masterclasses, performance opportunities, tutor recitals, and time for practice and networking in a friendly residential setting.
Tutors for 2026 are Wissam Boustany, Georgia Browne, Ian Clarke, Michael Cox, Lee Holland, Ruth Morley and Yvonne Robertson.
