Lisa Nelsen and Eleanor Turner have performed together as Aquilae Duo for 14 years, with Mozart’s Flute and Harp Concerto being one of their specialities, but also with a passion for discovering and commissioning new music together.

They are regularly invited to institutions such as Cardiff University to give workshops for the students and throughout lockdown they have given online concerts for residential homes, keeping busy with individual projects and recording work.

Lisa is the Chair of the British Flute Society and both she and Eleanor have had thriving international concert careers as soloists and chamber musicians. They are happy to bring this live, AND streamed, concert to you, to bring the warm light of harp and flute music to a cold winter’s evening. Festive fun abounds as they will perform medieval dances with gusto as well as some well known carols and classical pieces. Suitable for all ages.
